Getting children in and out of the car can often be stressful especially on those mornings you are running late and just need to get everyone in the car as quickly as possible. It is very possible to miss twisted straps when buckling your child in but this can be very dangerous.
The harness can harm your child if you are in an accident if it isn’t positioned correctly, it isn’t tight enough or if there are twisted straps.
Your child’s car seat straps should fit snugly over their shoulders and you shouldn’t be able to fit more than 2 fingers under the strap. The straps also need to be straight and not twisted anywhere.
