Snack Platter Dips

Cheesy Garlic Mayo Dip
Ingredients
- Blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup Nola Original Mayonnaise
- ¼ Cup plain yogurt
- ¼ Cup buttermilk, shaken well
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp dry parsley
- 1 Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Dash chili oil
Method
- Blend ingredients together until smooth
- Serve this dip with chicken dippers
Avo & Lime Dip
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsps. Nola Original Mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tsp Worcester Sauce
- Half an Avocado Pear – pureed
- 1 Tsp cumin
- 1 Tbs Tabasco Sauce
Method
- Blend ingredients together until smooth
- Serve this dip with pan fried Cajun prawns
Veggie Dip
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsps. Nola Original Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs sour cream
- 1Tbs chives
- ½ Tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tsp smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Method
- Blend ingredients together until smooth
- Serve this dip with a platter of sliced carrots, sliced cucumbers , cocktail tomatoes, celery sticks and broccoli florets
